Refund Policy – Gorilla Island
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds are issued only for items that:
• have been returned within the 14-day return window
• meet all return requirements
• have been approved prior to return
• pass our inspection (original condition, tags attached, security tag intact)
Refunds will not be granted for items that show:
• wear, washing, damage, or odours
• missing brand tags or removed Gorilla Island security tag
• missing accessories (badges, buttons, extras)
• signs of use or tampering
Items that do not qualify for a refund may be returned to you at your expense.
REFUND PROCESS
Once your approved return has arrived at our facility, it will be:
1. inspected within 7 business days
2. refunded to your original payment method within 14 days
3. confirmed via email when completed
We do not issue refunds to alternative accounts or payment methods.
DEDUCTION AND FEES
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Original shipping costs from your initial order are non-refundable.
• Items that show partial wear, small flaws or missing accessories may receive a partial refund, at our discretion.
No restocking fees are charged unless the item is returned in a condition that requires repair or cleaning.
REFUNDS FOR ORDERS PLACES OUTSIDE GORILLA-ISLAND.COMR
Refunds are only issued for orders placed directly through gorilla-island.com.
Purchases made through Vinted, Instagram, TikTok, or private sales follow the refund policies of those platforms.
Refunds for those purchases cannot be processed through our webshop.
LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED RETURNS
Gorilla Island is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Please use tracked shipping and keep your proof of shipment.
If an issue occurs, we will always assist where possible, but cannot guarantee a refund for returns that never arrive.
REFUNDS FOR DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund.
Damage caused after delivery is not eligible for a refund.
7ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has shipped, it can only be refunded through the standard return process.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU)
Under EU law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
This does not apply to:
• opened sealed products
• items showing any signs of use
• items with removed or broken security tags
